Great place! Valerie was awesome, atmosphere was awesome and it was fun. I used to go to scissors and scotch but they botched a cut so on a whim I stopped by and ended up with Valerie. Start to finish great experience, one of the very best.

Checked in on line told to show up at 715. Got an update text at 636 said my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up at 645, doing on for said do not enter that they would come get mre when ready. I tried calling 3 times to let them know I was there and got no answer. Waited until 715. Then left. Need to improve your process!

The sports clip in Yukon has the worst customer service. In December and just recently today, I booked my appt through the app and waited for over 45 mins on a specific stylist named Monica and was completely disregarded. I was on deck to get my haircut and Monica was cleaning up; however, there was someone else in front of me that was on deck too, but they had requested First Available Stylist...but that person ended up wanting Monica instead of the other 2 open/available stylist...so without hesitation Monica decided to just take them over me and removed me from being on deck and pushed my waiting time to another 35 mins...without even asking me first. Who does that to someone that's been waiting for a haircut and more specifically, who does that to someone that specifically requested you as their stylist!? It was rude is what that was. I wasn't able to wait another 35 mins for my haircut since I had to be somewhere else later in the day and so I politely informed one of the girls at the checkout counter that I needed to cancel my request and proceeded to inform her why and all I got was a blank stare with no apology or let me get Monica so we can figure this out, just a blank look. What has happened to customer service? The worse! I do not recommend Sports Clip...I'd will spend a little extra and go to Knockout or The Board Room and see what their customer service is like.
